🍠 Sweet Potato & Egg White Bake

- 1 small sweet potato (100–120 g), diced  

- 4 egg whites  

- 1 whole egg

5. Pour into a greased baking dish or oven-safe pan.  

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set and golden on top.  

7. Let cool slightly before slicing.
